The office building is part of a bigger construction concept (hotel, sports club, office, etc.). The width of the tracts are adapted to the size of the existing houses. There are two entrances, a reception and two classrooms on the ground floor. The office space is upstairs. On the roof level, a café and a leisure room are connected to the semi-covered terrace.
